For a long time, the sauna was one of the healthiest parts of my routine.
I used it after training, to relax, to clear my head, and because I believed it was helping me become healthier and more disciplined.
And in many ways, it was.
But then I started worrying about fertility.
At first, it was just one quiet thought every time I sat in the heat:
“What if this healthy routine is quietly damaging my ability to become a father?”
Once that thought entered my head, I couldn’t ignore it.

I created CoolCore™ after my own experience with sauna-related fertility anxiety.
